intermitent fasting + Insanity day 3

......cardio power and resistance...YEAH! i love this workout......i was a little tempted to skip shakeology before my workout but i still remember how much of a nightmare plyo cardio was yesterday on an empty stomach.....i ended up taking half of my shakeology pre-workout with my coffee....i still got annihilated but i did much better than yesterday...MAN! i forgot just how much those level one drills BURN!...i opened my fast with my half shakeology at about 3.30pm and had my post workout meal after my workout at about 5pm....im working overnight today from 10pm to 6am then i come home and get a 2 hour break before i go to my other job from 8am to 8pm....which means that i have a 20hr work day ahead of me.....iv got cardio recovery tomorrow...the only time i have to squeeze that in is between my two jobs ...btwn 6a-8a...if i wait until after work im hella sure that il be too tired and too sleepy to get it done....Also the only time i can break my fast is after 8 tomorrow..which means i have a 27hr fast ahead of me plus cardio recovery.the challenge will be dealing with post-workout munchies for 12hours.....
