I felt like super woman at the gym today. I felt so good i added 3 more sets to my workout.
bicep curls 3 sets of 7
lat pull downs 3 sets of 7
shoulder press 3 sets of 9
rear delt flies 3 sets of 7
tricep dips 3 sets of 10
rows 3 sets of 10
10 minutes of rowing for cardio and 10 minutes on the spin bike.
Im definitely making the rowing machine a regular part of my work out.
